Multiple class passes are available for 5, 10 or 20 classes.
Unlimited Memberships are available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

Jennifer Walsh

Jennifer has an extensive background in dance, choreography, instruction and mentorship. Having focussed on teaching and choreography for the last 25 years Jennifer has had a dream of opening a studio where she can be true to herself and help others do the same. Jennifer’s classes are all dance-based but many are dance fitness classes geared towards anybody of any age and ability who wants to experience the joys and benefits of dance and movement.

Kelly Miles-Yoga Instructor


Kelly Joy exudes her middle name in all that she does and in all of her classes. Kelly attended her first teacher training in 2013, at Absolute Hot Yoga® in Koh Samui, Thailand. She then completed the Yoga Trapeze® Teacher Training and Yoga Teacher College® in Spain.

Marna Rogoschewsky


Movement and music have always been sacred to me. There is a strong correlation between the dance of yoga and the expression of song. There is rhythm, authenticity and expression and forever a lesson to be learnt within both. I fuse the two together by adding music therapy within the practice.

Kelly Miles-Yoga Instructor


Glynnis has a dynamic background in education, nutrition, fitness, martial arts and yoga. She has taught a diverse variety of classes in her lengthy career. Glynnis is a professional educator so her classes come chalk full of useful bonuses such as reading information, fitness tools/tips, homework and intense personal challenges that will help you reach your fitness goals. Glynnis is also a local photographer, of our beautiful Vancouver Island forests. Her whimsical photo art is featured and for sale at the studio as well as her own site.

Mykah has been practicing yoga since 1999 after his first trip to India. In 2007, he decided to make teaching yoga a passion in order to help others enjoy the benefits and reach their full potential. He has lived on multiple ashrams and taken a series of teacher training with Trinity & Gia, along with advanced alignment workshops. His focus these days is on core strength, balancing, and twisting postures, all while encouraging alignment and breath.
