Our beautiful, custom-built studio is available to rent. It is a wonderful space which is suitable for many uses.
why it’s special
Located on the way into the historic Village of Cumberland this 1000 sq ft space is divided into 2 areas. A welcoming lobby/change area with ample space for belongings, a large bathroom and all wheelchair accessible.
The large studio, adjacent to entry/waiting area, is an open space with tall ceilings, suitable for many uses. An absorption floor system with laminate surface, a mirrored wall with LED backlighting around it and a super sound system are some of the fantastic features. Dimmable lighting, overhead fans, heat in the colder months and a large garage door that opens in the nicer weather to provide fresh air and natural light.
